Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

• Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
• Hours of Operation; Monday- Friday, this does not include Federal Holidays.

Return, Exchanges and Refunds:

Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns nor exchanges. All sales are final.

Items received broken:

All packages are shipped Priority Mail and insured by USPS. This includes broken, damaged and missing items.

Stolen items are not insured trough Lulu and Guy LLC.
